Biography
Armed with a psychology degree and a strong interest in human nature, Kristin understands that an attorney must do more than simply apply the law to a set of facts. A thorough understanding of the case and the needs of the client is only the beginning of a trial lawyer’s responsibilities. To be successful, Kristin believes that a trial attorney must know life, human nature, psychology and the complexities of human emotions. Having defended truck drivers, police officers, and professionals in numerous serious injury and wrongful death cases, Kristin knows how to get a jury to care about the case and her client. Whether in court or at the settlement table, Kristin possesses the ability to empathize with all of the involved parties to reach a satisfactory resolution.
